Welcome to the Onetera Demo Environment

This guide will help you explore our demo programs and understand how Onetera’s AI-powered permitting and compliance tools work. The demo includes two example programs through the applicant's lens — ADU Permit Program and Vacant Property Registration — to showcase end-to-end workflows, document handling, and conversational guidance.

Getting Started

1. Log In

Go to https://app.onetera.com/demo and create an account using your city email address.

Once logged in, you’ll enter the main chat interface.

2. Select a City

The system will prompt you to select a city to begin. You can choose the city for a program that you’re interested in:

• Cities with the ADU Permit Program:
  • City of San Jose
  • Town of Cary
• Cities with the Vacant Property Registration:
  • Montebello
  • Onetera (Sample City)

3. Start the Demo Agent

Each program walks you through a guided, conversational workflow that mirrors a real permit or compliance submission.
